Melinda Sauder
(Director)


Melinda has a Bachelor's Degree of Music in Music Therapy (1995) from Florida State University.

Since then, she has been teaching Early Childhood Music in a variety of settings including Early Intervention, Montessori and Reggio Emilio Preschools. 

She also practiced Music Therapy with adults with disabilities and elderly people with Alzheimer's Disease. 

Melinda is passionate about creating happy life experiences with people and she loves to share her creative enthusiasm with others.

Married for 15 years, she is also mama to Sam, age 4 and Benny, age 2.

Erinn Epp
(Registered Teacher)

Erinn completed her MA in Music Therapy at New York University. A newcomer to Spokane, she previously taught Music Together in parent-child and preschool classes in Trenton, New Jersey. Much of her work there took place in special education settings, where she focused on children with autism and developmental delays. She also taught Music Together at a school for the hearing impaired.

Erinn also has extensive experience as a music therapist, and is certified in Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy. In addition to her work with children with special needs, she has worked with at-risk adolescents, adults with mental health issues, and the elderly.

Erinn is married and has an infant daughter, Sophia. She is excited to be making music with people here in Spokane!

Shannon Rusca
(Registered Teacher)

Shannon has a passion for music and for working with young children and families. She started studying music at the age of 7 and received her B.S. in Music and Developmental Psychology, from University of Idaho, in 2003.

Currently, Shannon is working to complete her masters in Child Development and Family Relations at the University of Idaho. Her thesis studies are focusing on music in early childhood. She also teaches private piano and music in preschool settings. Shannon is looking forward to sharing music and musical experiences with you and your child(ren)!
